Supervisor

This international premium retailer & brand has been established for over 80 years and has continued success in Europe & Asia. The retailer has a number of new store openings this year and is looking for a Supervisor in this Designer Outlet.

This store provides an exciting array of luxury products and a premium experience with their carefully edited collection of their European merchandise including handbags and accessories.

The roles and responsibilities of this Supervisor opportunity is -

• To work towards the store financial, operations and service targets set by the store & deputy manager
• Ensures each customers receives outstanding client service to increase sales and build brand loyalty.
• Ensures our clients receive superior after sales service.
• Attains monthly sales goal and delivers increases in other KPI goals (e.g. conversions and UPT).
• Overseeing the operational control & shop floor standards -including cash handling, security measures and visual standards.
• Assist with the visual merchandising and store standards.
• Being accountable of product knowledge training
• Maintaining an effective communication channels across management, head office and other store colleagues.

To be successful in this Supervisor role -

• It is essential that you have experience as an established Sales Advisor, Senior Sales, Supervisor or Department Manager from a customer focused environment
• Ideally have worked in an outlet environment (though this is not essential).
• Ideally you experience premium retail environment where service level is of the highest standards.
• That you are committed to exceptional client service
• Have an understanding of working towards financial & non-financial kpi's
