We're working with a trend-led ladies' fashion retail brand opening a new store in York Designer Outlet - and we're looking for a passionate Supervisor to join the leadership team. Retail experience is essential, and we're looking for someone available to start immediately.

As Supervisor, you'll play a key part in daily operations, helping to run the store, support your team, and deliver excellent customer service. You'll be a visible leader, setting the standard on the shop floor.

• Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and service

• Drive retail standards, stock handling, and VM

• Step up in management absence and take initiative

• Represent the brand and uphold values in a busy retail setting

• Experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder or Team Leader

• Strong background in fashion or lifestyle retail

• Confident, people-focused and hands-on

• Immediate availability for a fast-paced store opening

• A team player with energy, drive and great service skills
