Supervisor

Jones Lighting – now part of United Living Group – is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Supervisor to help drive high-quality delivery across HV and LV jointing projects. If you're ambitious, experienced, and ready to step into a leadership role with real impact, this is your opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of electrical jointing projects from start to finish

• Leading site teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and to spec

• Managing programmes, materials, labour, and budgets

• Ensuring compliance with all NERS and H&S standards

• Auditing, mentoring, and driving continuous improvem

What you’ll bring:

✔ Strong experience in electrical jointing (LV/HV), with DNO/IDNO authorisation (past or present)

✔ Track record of managing site teams and technical delivery

✔ Solid knowledge of NRSWA, CDM, and SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH

✔ A sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for doing things the right way
