Fantastic opportunity in the Warrington area with a leading B2B delivery business. This is a great time to join this well-established, successful, and highly professional transport organisation offering a range of bespoke services. This role is the direct result of their ongoing growth and will be pivotal to the success of the operation, ensuring collections and deliveries are made on time.
You must have supervisor experience and ideally you will have SME transport and traffic office experience.

Applicants need to have a driving licence and their own vehicle as there is no public transport available near the site, and this is a full-time office-based job.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day transport operation and office
* Ensuring the provision of a first-class service in the most cost-effective manner
* Efficient management of vehicle scheduling and the maximisation of vehicle utilisation

Key Skills / Experience:
* Great attention to detail and fantastic problem-solving skills with the ability to prevent/resolve issues that could result in the disruption of service level agreements
* Strong communication skills across numerous channels
* Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Track record in a similar role within a customer centric transport operation
* Proven leadership abilities with the presence and charisma to lead a growing team
* An understanding of CI techniques, KPI management, Employment Law and H&S legislation
