â How you'll drive success:
Experiential Retail
Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to continuously Integrate in store our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store
Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track
Inspirational Team Management
Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles
A clear and confident communicator, youâre comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment
Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team
Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support
Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence
Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment
Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store

This role is suitable for anyone with Supervisor experience in a store

You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have

Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
SWOT Analysis - you'll present a SWOT analysis for the store you're applying to and share this with your Area Manager in person
In-Store Experience Interview - a chance for you to experience life as a Supervisor in an A&M store with our Head of Retail
