Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the site team to ensure efficient workflow.
* Monitor health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
* Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to optimise productivity.
* Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to promote professional development.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, incidents, and operational reports.
* Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service.
* Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
Skills
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment.
* Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client interactions diplomatically.
* Effective leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and manage teams efficiently.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting whilst maintaining safety standards.
