You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting and inspiring the team, and helping to create a welcoming space that customers genuinely enjoy spending time in.

Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor

Motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.
Deliver a high level of personalised customer service while ensuring the brand's image, values, and standards are consistently reflected.
Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities.
Ensure the store maintains excellent standards in visual merchandising, overall presentation, and daily operations.
Oversee stock control, staff scheduling, health and safety requirements, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
