The Role:
My client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Supervisor to support the management team and help lead the day-to-day operations of a key store location. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional ready to step into a leadership position within an iconic menswear brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of daily operations.

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and stock presentation standards are maintained.

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, upholding the brand's reputation.

• Assist with stock control, deliveries, and ensuring product availability.

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably within fashion or menswear.

• A strong customer service ethos and proven sales skills.

• Ability to support and guide a team to perform at their best.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine interest in menswear and style trends.
