Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar is a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality own roasted coffee, brunch, craft beers, well-chosen wines, and classic cocktails with 12+ locations across London.

We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Notes team at the Selfridges.

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

As the Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the shop, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service. You will help maintain high standards, support and motivate the team, and create a welcoming environment for customers.

Salary: £13.35 per hour

Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

• Proven experience in supervisor/team leader role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, ideally 1+ years
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
