Supervisor / Team Leader

A Supervisor / Team Leader is required for the laser department of a steel processing company based in the Dudley area on a permanent afternoon shift. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Laser Operator / Supervisor / Team Leader to join an established steel company, overseeing a team of 6 laser operators.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including leading the team, ensuring the machines are manned and fed with adequate materials, making sure all work is allocated and the reporting of any issues.

Your duties will include:

• Overseeing a team of 6 laser operators
• Keeping on top of production levels
• Delegating daily work loads
• Recording, collating and monitoring production
• Dealing with any mechanical or staffing issues that may arise

Ideally you will be an experienced laser operator and have some experience of supervisor / team leader duties.

This position is working

• Permanent afternoons - 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday
• Paying - £35,000 per annum
• Temp to perm
