Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Utilities Supervisor to join their expanding team, focusing on high-quality water leakage repair. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled utility professional to take a leading role in delivering effective water leakage repair solutions, supporting operational excellence, and making a real difference to customers and communities across the Thames Valley.

As Utilities Supervisor, you will lead field teams specialising in water leakage repair, drive performance improvements, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards within the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, supervise, and support water leakage repair teams to achieve safe and efficient delivery of utilities work.

* Drive high standards of workmanship, quality, and customer service on all water leakage repair and utilities projects.

* Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with company procedures in utilities and leakage operations.

* Carry out site inspections, provide technical support, and resolve operational challenges related to water leakage repair.

* Work closely with planners, customers, and management teams to ensure successful delivery of utilities and leakage projects.

* Coach, mentor, and develop team members within the utilities and water leakage repair environment.

* Promote a strong health and safety culture across all utilities and leakage activities.

Requirements

* Previous supervisory experience within utilities, water, civil engineering, or groundworks.

* Strong leadership and organisational skills suited to a Utilities Supervisor role.

* Good understanding of health and safety standards in utilities and water leakage repair.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Water industry and NRSWA experience desirable.

* SMSTS accreditation desirable.
