About the Role:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will ensure our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. You’ll be working closely with both internal teams and external partners to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of Supplier Quality Engineer:

• Evaluate and approve new suppliers through audits and assessments
• Monitor and improve supplier quality performance (PPM, delivery, NCRs)
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams
• Manage supplier APQP, PPAP and FAI processes
• Support NPI projects and change management activities

? What We’re Looking For Supplier Quality Engineer:

• Proven experience in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or similar role within manufacturing
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and control plans
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, analytical mindset with great attention to detail
