We’re working in partnership with a respected organisation in the manufacturing sector to recruit a Supplier Quality Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional looking to join a dynamic, agile business that champions innovation and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer you’ll play a key role in:

• Leading supplier approval audits and onboarding processes to ensure global supplier quality standards are met
• Supporting and reviewing Part Approval documentation including PPAP, FMEAs and Control Plans
• Liaising cross-functionally with engineering, project management and metrology teams to validate supplier submissions
• Managing nonconformance reports and facilitating supplier corrective actions with a focus on root cause and prevention
• Conducting UK and international site audits and supporting supplier development initiatives

Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service, reducing waste and enhancing customer satisfaction.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:

• Experience in a supplier quality, production quality or quality assurance role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering setting
• Understanding of quality systems such as ISO9001 or IATF16949, with experience of supplier audits
• The ability to interpret technical documents and drive quality improvements within a global supply base
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Ideally, knowledge of core tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP (training will be provided if needed)
