Join our vibrant Supply Chain team as an Order Fulfilment Coordinator, where you will manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by handling customer and carrier enquiries, coordinating shipments, and supporting inventory management.

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with subsidiaries and export customers, ensuring efficient scheduling and accuracy.
• Organise daily delivery slots and bookings, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Address and resolve queries from 3PL providers, ensuring any potential problems are swiftly handled.
• Allocate stock and liaise on stock transfers to optimise inventory levels and fulfilment rates.
• Create and manage deliveries for customer orders using SAP.
• Utilise internal customer management software to track all order processes and ensure stakeholders are fully updated.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to guarantee on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Drive brand awareness and support promotional activities.
• Assist customer service with escalated delivery issues, ensuring a high standard of service.

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing roles.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in facilitating team interactions.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and SAP; Salesforce experience is preferred.
