We’re working with a growing FMCG brand that’s shaking things up in their sector - and they’re on the hunt for a Supply Chain Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make their mark.

If you're the kind of person who lives for organisation, loves building supplier relationships, and gets a kick out of spotting issues before they happen - this one’s for you.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership. You'll be stepping into a busy, collaborative head office, working directly with the Operations Director on exciting new projects, including revamping procurement and onboarding fresh systems.

• Planning productions and making sure raw materials are where they need to be (on time, every time)

• Building great relationships with suppliers and being their go-to contact

• Keeping ingredients, recipes, costs and supplier info up to date (accurate data = smooth operations)

• Owning procurement - sourcing new suppliers and materials, and improving existing deals

• Taking the lead on stock takes and making sure everything aligns

• Analysing trends, forecasting, and raising red flags before they turn into problems

• Working cross-functionally with teams like Technical, NPD, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

• Supporting the rollout of new supply chain systems and processes

• Supply chain or operations experience in a product-based business (FMCG or manufacturing would be ideal)

• A confident communicator - someone who can build rapport with suppliers and internal teams alike

• Highly organised with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to own a project from the ground up
