Job Description - Supply Chain Administrator

Logistics & Documentation Coordinator

Ipswich | Full-Time | £26,500 to £29,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the key link between production, logistics, and customer service, ensuring that goods are shipped accurately, on time, and with all the right documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing shipping and customs documentation
  • Booking collections and generating shipping labels
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders and internal teams
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and freight charges
  • Uploading documents and maintaining digital records
  • Investigating and resolving delivery issues
  • Supporting process improvements and team training

What You’ll Bring

This role is ideal for someone with experience in roles such as Sales Admin, Shipping Admin, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Inventory Control.

You’ll need:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with shipping processes and documentation
  • Confidence working with internal teams and external carriers
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Familiarity with ERP or dispatch systems (a plus)
