Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join an established manufacturing business located in Alton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who would like to develop a long-term career within supply chain, planning, procurement, or operations.

Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Administrator: 

Raise and create job orders accurately within the company system. 

Ensure job information is complete and updated as it progresses through the business. 

Communicate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Stores, and Logistics teams to support the smooth flow of jobs. 

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system data. 

Identify and flag any issues or delays that may impact job progression. 

Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team. 

Support wider Supply Chain activities and projects when needed.

Requirements: 

Preven administration experience (ideally within a manufacturing background)  

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. 

Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. 

Experience using ERP or planning systems is desirable. 

The Supply Chain Administrator role:

Based in Alton 

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm

£28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
