Parkside Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a growing company in the automotive refinishing sector, supplying high-quality products to distributors and body shops across the UK.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to support their continued growth and improve day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of supply chain processes and drive smarter, faster, and more cost-effective operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing procurement, inventory, and logistics across the supply chain.
Developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing.
Analysing supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Working with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service levels.
Managing demand planning and inventory forecasting.
Identifying new tools, systems, or technologies that enhance operations.

What We’re Looking For

A qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within supply chain or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with supply chain software and data tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
