Client Details

This is a permanent position, responsible for supporting all aspects of warehousing, goods in/out, and logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations and will play a key role in managing transport coordination and customer communication.

Description

* Coordinating daily transport and logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods

* Communicating effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers

* Managing transport bookings, delivery manifests, and all relevant documentation

* Monitoring delivery progress and proactively resolving delays or logistical issues

* Maintaining regular customer communication on delivery schedules and responding to queries

* Ensuring full compliance with transport regulations and internal company policies

* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems and reporting tools

* Acting as the first point of contact for customer service queries related to logistics and deliveries

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Coordinator should have:

*Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or transport coordination role (1-3 years preferred)

*Good knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics best practices

*Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (working knowledge required; Syteline experience desirable)

*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

*Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

*Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing supply chain challenges with a team-focused attitude

*Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation
