WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A TYPICAL DAY?

• Supports the Supply Chain team with day‑to‑day coordination of all end-to-end activities.
• Collaborates with the purchasing team and where required places purchase orders, expediting where required and following up on upcoming/late PO’s. 
• Supports supplier/product onboarding, ensuring required documentation, compliance records, and system setups are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintains and updates ERP databases, trackers, and cost files to ensure accurate, real‑time information for decision‑making.
• Assists in the preparation of RFQs, bid comparisons, by gathering pricing, lead times, and supplier data.
• Support provision of compliancy reporting for various measures across the team.
• Supports cost‑saving initiatives by analysing spend, identifying opportunities, and preparing summaries for the sourcing team.
• Provides administrative and operational support to Team Leads, helping maintain workflow efficiency across multiple regions or categories.
