Supply Chain Coordinator – Fordingbridge, Hampshire

A leading high-technology design and manufacturing business is looking for two organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinators to join its team in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.

Key responsibilities

* Coordinate component and finished-goods requirements with international suppliers and factories

* Monitor production schedules, order progress and completion dates

* Communicate regularly with overseas suppliers and follow up outstanding actions

* Identify potential material shortages, production delays and logistics issues

* Escalate supply chain risks and significant delays

* Work with freight forwarders and logistics providers on international shipments

* Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners

* Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production and Purchasing teams

* Support supplier onboarding and re-approval processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Coordinator job in Fordingbridge, Hampshire will have strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, purchasing or order management would be beneficial, although it is not essential. Experience using an MRP or ERP system would also be advantageous.

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal English. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be an advantage.

Experience within electronics or another technical manufacturing environment would be useful, but full training will be provided.
