This role is ideal for someone with admin/support or purchasing coordination experience who is organised, proactive, and confident chasing actions through to completion.

What you'll be doing:

Processing approved requisitions and raising purchase orders
Updating documents and uploading information into internal systems
Tracking orders and chasing progress to ensure on-time delivery
Following up on delays, resolving issues, and escalating risks where needed
Supporting a busy operational team with changing day-to-day prioritiesWhat we're looking for:

Previous administrative, purchasing support, or coordination experience
Strong attention to detail and confidence handling documents and system updates
Proactive approach with the confidence to chase, follow up, and unblock issues
Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced onsite environment
Able to work onsite in Romsey, 5 days a weekContract Details:

PAYE Contract
Onsite - 5 Days Per Week
