Due to rapid international growth, we have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Hillington, Glasgow. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for order entry and fulfilment by liaising between our sales and warehouse teams. This role ultimately coordinates our supply chain process to ensure our customers receive the correct product on time and in full on every order. You’ll be working in a fast-paced and agile environment and will be required to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to deal with operational activities and changing priorities while continually delivering service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support our customer accounts in the UK and AU, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled and processed by monitoring incoming sales orders, and working closely with our warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment.
Support our Head of Supply Chain in weekly meetings with our sales team.
Monitor and track all sales orders on a daily and weekly basis, reporting any inventory issues or customer delays, promptly.
Ensure our customers are kept satisfied and informed at all times regarding their orders.
Ensure operating processes and procedures are followed at all times
Liaise with our finance team regarding approvals and stock pricing.
Support marketing and other departments with ad hoc promotional activities which require product distribution.
Provide shipping updates when required.
Coordinate with finance to ensure products are approved and accurately priced.
Work extensively cross functionally with other departments e.g. finance, customer service, marketing and supply chain to identify and improve ways of working.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience with M365 - Microsoft Excel, Word and Office.
Extensive experience with excel and working with data using formula e.g pivot tables, vlookups etc.
Knowledge of Business Central or similar ERP System is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working in a B2B customer service role
Solutions focused
Experience working collaboratively with multiple departments
Excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail
