The Role
As a Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire supply chain. From coordinating with suppliers to tracking stock and processing orders, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products arrive on time and in perfect condition for our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will:

• Support Stock & Inventory: Track stock levels, flag discrepancies, and assist with daily reconciliations across our third-party warehouses.
• Assist in Planning & Forecasting: Gather data for demand planning, analyse sales trends, and contribute to short-term forecasts.
• Coordinate with Suppliers: Raise and track purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and update lead times and delivery expectations.
• Support Transport & Logistics: Help coordinate inbound deliveries, share transport documents, and assist with load optimisation.
• Handle Systems & Admin: Maintain accurate system data, support system improvements, and carry out daily administrative tasks like order processing.
