Supply Chain Director 

Location: North West (Hybrid Working) 

A leading high growth consumer brand is hiring a Supply Chain Director to take ownership of its outsourced manufacturing and supplier ecosystem across multiple geographies.

This role is about control, execution, and scale. You’ll manage a network of third party manufacturers, co-packers, and logistics partners, ensuring operational resilience, commercial effectiveness, and delivery at pace.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a fully outsourced manufacturing / production supply chain: Co-Manufacturing, Co-Packing, managing all primary supply chain activity.

• Deal making: Supplier contract negotiations, set up & ongoing management.

• Own procurement strategy and material sourcing across categories.

• Oversee inventory health, availability, and working capital optimisation.

• Operate as the key supply chain voice in senior decision making.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Deep experience in outsourced production environments (FMCG/CPG preferred)

• Proven track record in contract manufacturing, co-packing and third-party supply models

• Strong commercial acumen in supplier negotiations and relationship management

• A hands-on approach. Equally comfortable at the factory floor or boardroom table

• Ability to bring clarity and rigour in a fast-paced, scaling organisation

• Ideally some experience of the Retail industry. (Grocers if poss)
