Supply Chain Executive - 15 month contract

With an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits, this is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in the next phase of the company’s growth.

This 15-month fixed-term contract is ideal for someone with a passion for order management and customer service. As Supply Chain Executive, the successful candidate will work across multiple departments to ensure customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while serving as the key point of contact for third-party warehousing partners. As part of a supportive and busy supply chain team, this role offers the chance to gain valuable experience within a leading FMCG business and further develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders fulfilled from UK stock
• Liaise daily with third-party logistics and warehousing partners to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Handle customer queries, order amendments, and troubleshooting with professionalism and efficiency
• Attend UK site review meetings and act as a liaison for logistics performance
• Support inventory management and help identify improvements across the supply chain
• Assist with processing of sample orders and provide cover to the UK Inventory Manager when required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain roles, ideally within the FMCG sector
• Comfortable managing relationships with customers and logistics providers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP (or a similar ERP system)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive team player with a solution-focused mindset
