Job Description - Supply Chain / Logistics Trainer Assessor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.

Job Title: Supply Chain and Logistics Trainer Assessor

Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (Dependent on skills and experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Supply Chain, Logistics / Improvement Practitioner.
Must be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT.
Must hold strong occupational competency within logistics / supply chain.
Flexible to meet the needs of learners working hours.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain, Logistics and Improvement Practitioner Levels 2 and 3 (Level 4 if competent).
Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
Delivering via a mix of face to face, remote and workshop delivery.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
