Job DescriptionRole: Supply Chain ManagerLocation: London (hybrid)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company goals and ensure efficient product flow from suppliers to customers.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, optimize stock turns, and manage safety stock to meet demand without excess.Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and market data to forecast product demand and adjust supply chain activities accordingly.Logistics Coordination: Manage the transportation and distribution network to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure supply chain activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the company’s sustainability initiatives.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
