Supply Chain Manager (start-up)

Job DescriptionWe're currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a start-up company within the consumer space, based in London (with hybrid working).Over the last 5 years, this business has built a strong customer based in the UK and are now looking to scale into new markets including the US. They've grown organically, are highly profitable and have an awesome teamReporting into the Head of Operations, this role will be responsible for:Overseeing the 3rd party fulfilment, coordinating with CS teamsManaging existing supplier relationships and onboarding new suppliers. Handling negotiations, contracts and post order trackingContinuously improving and optimising supply chain processes, reducing cost, increasing efficiency and improving customer satisfactionSupporting the business with market expansion, US & EuropeSourcing new products where needed. Maintain an update knowledge of the market/pricesCandidates should haveExperience within supply chain/logistics, ideally within a consumer industry. Start-up/SME experience desirableStrong communication and analytical skillsA get stuff done attitude and the ability to work autonomouslyStrong academics or similar qualificationsThere will be loads of opportunity to progress and develop as the company continues to scaleTarget salary - up to £45k
