LOGISTICS PLANNER
Salary: 32000-35000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Logistics Planner to join a dynamic team within a leading Music organisation. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility of working from home and attending office twice a week. With a competitive salary range between £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, this role is perfect for someone looking to take their logistics career to the next level.

What you'll do:
- Reconciliation of stock at all UK, EU & US warehouses.
- Preparation of logistics monthly reporting pack.
- Liaising with our 3PL providers in the UK, EU & US, leading weekly meetings and proactively monitoring adherence to KPIs.
- Working closely with Logistic Manager on various projects.
- Performing cost & data analysis of current and historical trends. Identifying areas of improvement and driving change to SOPs.
- Responsible for resolving stock issues, order administration & system accuracy.
- Oversight of end-to-end order processing, stock movements & allocations.
What you bring:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Pro-active problem solver who does not require micro-managing.
- Self-starter with an understanding of priorities / good use of initiative
- An organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise and a strong eye for detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
- Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations required.
