Supply Chain Replenishment Forecasting Analyst
Circle Corporate - Mediq House, Derby
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Competitive Salary Plus Benefits (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Replenishment Forecasting Analyst to join their team of staff.

This role is based at our Warehouse location Mediq House, Arundel Avenue, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2HJ. It is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

  • Execute the end-to-end replenishment cycle, from supplier requisition creation through to delivery and putaway by the 3PL.
  • Ensure consumables inventory is replenished accurately and on time to support over 55 hospitals, clinics and offices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier queries, managing lead times, order confirmations and delivery schedules.
  • Analyse historical usage data, hospital demand patterns and growth trends to support accurate replenishment forecasting.
  • Contribute to forecasting models that anticipate demand across 114+ delivery locations.
  • Identify slow-moving, excess or at-risk stock and recommend corrective actions.
  • Proactively manage backorders and product shortages in collaboration with buyers and account holders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of all inbound deliveries, maintaining a full audit trail.
  • Generate, analyse and interpret operational reports relating to stock health, supplier performance and warehouse activity.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Mandatory 2–4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Inventory Management.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, supply chain, logistics or inventory management environment.
  • Proven experience managing replenishment, inventory accuracy or stock optimisation activities.
  • Strong IT literacy with advanced Excel capability (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
  • Demonstrable experience producing and managing complex operational reports.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
