Supply Planner - FMCG Business

This role will be responsible for managing inventory, purchase orders, and stock. Our client is a fast-growing, sustainability-focused FMCG business. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, an analytical mindset, and able to hit the ground running.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and purchase orders.
• Support the UK team in S&OP meeting preparation and attendance.
• Review and submit monthly purchase order plans based on updated forecasts.
• Manage out-of-stock products, slow-moving inventory, and stock take processes, collaborating with Demand Planning, Marketing, and Sales.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

• Experience in FMCG Supply Chain and Inventory Planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills.

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

• c.£35,000-£37,000 per annum plus package (inc competitive pension scheme).
• 25 days annual leave, with the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days.
• Comprehensive benefits including life insurance (4x annual salary), medical insurance through BUPA, and a pension scheme with up to 14% employer contribution.
• Hybrid working - 3 days pw in Central London office.
