Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Leave Cover (14 months) Commencing in April 2026

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 14 month fixed‑term contract, covering maternity leave. This role will focus on the supply planning of allocated brands, supporting the global supply of manufactured items.

As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for key supply planning and inventory management for worldwide distributors. You will manage supply plans for contract manufacturers, raise replenishment orders, and ensure on‑time delivery, expediting or delaying orders as required. Accuracy of data within SAP and effective communication with key stakeholders are critical to success in this role.

Some responsibilities will be shared with another Supply Planner; however, you will have specific brands assigned to you with full ownership of supply planning for those portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply planning for globally sourced manufactured items
• Preparing supply plans and raising purchase orders via SAP
• Proactively managing follow‑ups with contract manufacturers and co‑packers
• Monitoring stock levels against inventory targets and minimising obsolescence
• Working closely with the Supply Chain Planning Manager to optimise inventory across distribution centres
• Acting as the key point of contact and brand ambassador for your allocated brands
• Supporting new product introductions in collaboration with Project Buyers and Project Management teams
• Maintaining MRP lists and ensuring effective SAP housekeeping
• Ownership of abnormal demand tracking and processing forecast changes within SAP
• Requesting P2P transfers of finished goods as required
• Preparing inventory, KPI and operational reports for UK and US management
• Producing information, action plans and presentations for monthly S&OP meetings
• Actively supporting and reinforcing the S&OP process across the business
• Liaising closely with Customer Fulfilment, Sales, Marketing and global C&D teams
• Attending and contributing to monthly supply meetings (including minute taking)
• Occasional international travel may be required

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in a supply planning or commercial supply chain role
• Knowledge of SAP, including MRP list management and purchase order processing
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Computer Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Experience working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working in a multi‑national, cross‑border environment

Desirable:

• Experience working with global manufacturing and distribution networks

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week. Based at are Folkestone office, offering home working for up to 3 days per a week.
