Supply Planning Manager

Supply Planning Manager | 4 days per week in office in our brand new Marylebone office

What you’ll be doing:
Purchasing - oversee all activities relating to purchasing in the business ensuring material scheduling meets customer demand
Procurement - sourcing of new suppliers for all purchasable items, develop strategies to ensure cost effective purchasing methods are used
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing suppliers
Order management - track deliveries of raw materials, packaging, components and finished goods are delivered in line with production dates
Closely manage deliveries and raise any discrepancies within 24hrs of receipt with suppliers
Track wastage on production and hold suppliers accountable for anything above the agreed tolerance
Manage QA and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Who you are:
5 years experience in operations within FMCG industry
Excellent IT skills - Unleashed software experience, or similar
Proficient in Excel - must
Ability to think on your feet and adapt in stressful situations
Extensive knowledge in supply chain management
