We are recruiting enthusiastic, adaptable and dedicated Supply SEN Teacher to work across a range of schools in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and understand that every pupil learns differently. Whether you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning disabilities or social, emotional and mental health needs, we want to hear from you.

As a Supply SEN Teacher, you'll be joining supportive school teams where patience, creativity and a nurturing approach can have a lasting impact on pupils' confidence, development and learning.

What you'll be doing as a Supply SEN Teacher

Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons adapted to pupils' individual needs.
Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs and SEN profiles.
Adapt resources and teaching strategies to suit different abilities and communication styles.
Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment.
Use positive behaviour strategies to encourage engagement and confidence.
Support pupils with their learning, independence and social development.
Follow individual education plans and guidance from the school.
Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs and other professionals.
Celebrate small achievements and help every pupil reach their potential.What we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status or an appropriate teaching qualification for the placement.
Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
An understanding of needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
Confidence adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
Strong communication, patience and behaviour management skills.
A calm, caring and flexible approach.
A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping pupils thrive.The Details

Location: Milton Keynes

Pay: £180-£220 per day

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm

Days: Monday to Friday
