Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across a range of subjects Step into classrooms with confidence and quickly establish a productive learning environment, utilising behaviour management skills where required. Follow school specific processes and policies (e.g behaviour management, safeguarding) Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom expectations. Support pupils of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners where required. Keep students on task and motivated ensuring learning outcomes are achieved. Provide feedback to school staff on lesson outcomes and pupil progression. Maintain high-levels of professionalism, punctuality and reliability at all times. Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in UK secondary schools Strong communication and classroom management skills Flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer
