Duties as Supply Teacher:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Support students to remain engaged and focused on their learning
Adapt quickly to different classes and year groups
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessonsIdeal Supply Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
