Vision Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and work across schools in South London, including the boroughs of Lambeth, Croydon, Sutton, Bexley, Greenwich, Southwark and Kingston. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and lesson plans

* Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations

* Adapt teaching and activities to meet the needs of individual pupils

* Ensure pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day

* Follow school policies and procedures

* Provide feedback to the class teacher where appropriate

Candidates

The successful candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Have recent UK classroom experience, ideally within a primary school setting

* Be confident teaching across the primary age range EYFS – KS2

* Have strong classroom management skills

* Be reliable, professional and adaptable

* Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

* Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and schools
