Key Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher - Worksop
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Follow school planning where provided and adapt lessons to meet the needs of the class. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate. Ensure continuity of learning during staff absences.
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching within a primary school setting, including Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. A flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to providing high-quality education and maintaining continuity for pupils.
