The Role - Supply Teaching Assistant
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to a variety of primary schools across Waltham Forest, covering short-term and long-term absences as required. You will work alongside class teachers to support learning, assist with classroom activities, and provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups.

The successful candidate must be adaptable and confident working across different year groups, school settings, and learning needs. You may be required to support pupils with SEN, assist with interventions, or provide general classroom support depending on the school's requirements.
