Hours: Flexible Daily Assignments (Typically 8:30am - 4:30pm)
Contract: Daily Supply / Flexible Work

We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a number of primary and secondary schools throughout the Peterlee area. This role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to work on the days that suit you.

You may be supporting a variety of schools, so no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities

Supporting students within classroom settings
Working with small groups and individual pupils
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
Encouraging student engagement and participation
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
Promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day

What We're Looking For

Enthusiastic and adaptable individuals
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude towards supporting young people
Previous education experience is beneficial but not essential
Drivers are advantageous due to travel between sites

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
