Support Administrator x 3 - Liverpool - New Role

Up to £28,000 per annum plus bonus plus benefits

A leading organisation in the Liverpool area requires a Customer Support Administrator to join and support its growing team.

Suitable candidates will have the following skills:

Good IT skills including the general use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
Good organisational skills
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Well organised and presentable to customers
Able to talk with customers and patients on the phone and face-to-face
Able to work with minimal supervision
Valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities will include:

General administration
Arranging patient install, collection and support call visits for field technicians
Acting as first point of contact for customers seeking technical support
Providing telephone support to patients
Supporting clients with help navigating the systems
