They help organisations build secure, resilient and future-ready digital environments, combining expertise across networking, cyber security, cloud and data to solve complex IT challenges. You will play a key role in maintaining the security, reliability and performance of critical Microsoft infrastructure. You’ll provide advanced second-line support, manage incidents and operational requests, coordinate changes, and proactively monitor platform health. NOTE: This role requires you to be onsite everyday. So, if you are willing to be onsite everyday, only then APPLY! Skills: Active eDV clearance. Active Directory & AD FS. Networking, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos & NTLM. Strong troubleshooting across operating systems. Experience within secure government/defence environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist technology business working on complex IT environments where security, availability and operational resilience are critical.
