Are you a Technical Support Engineer from an electrical / electronic background that is interested in working in a global business that is revolutionising the smart home industry?

In this role, you will be put through an extensive training program in their Austrian HQ with all your expenses paid for, then will be dealing with an already established support team to generate new leads. Day to day you will be speaking with Electricians who are installing the smart home system to provide remote support.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in electronics or electrical engineering.

THE ROLE:

• Work with the current support team
• Support the installation teams with electrical / electronics issues
• Solve basic electrical issues remotely
• Raise tickets and process them accordingly

THE PERSON:

• Technical Support experience
• GCSE level Electronics understanding
• Commutable distance to Theale
