Job Description - Support Team - Lead Agent

Support Team Lead Agent 

Primary responsibility is to support and assist the Team Manager to take on increased responsibility, guide and support the team and helping the Team Leader deliver high-quality support. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a Team Leader to inspire
  • Motivate and develop a the team to deliver the highest levels of service.
  • Covering for your Team Leader in their absence
  • Running shift
  • Coaching and supporting Agents
  • Assisting with training;
  • Coaching and Mentoring 
  • Performance Management 
  • Process Involement
