Support Worker – Learning Disabilities Service
Location: Glenholme Healthcare, The Marlowes, Hemel, HP1 1GQ
Salary: £12.25 up to £12.45 per hour + Paid Training
Hours: Contracted hours available – 15, 22.5, 30, or 37.5 hours per week

Salary increase to £12.35 after completing our paid-for Care Certificate (industry-recognised qualification)
Salary increase to £12.45 on completion of a Level 2-3 NVQ qualification (industry-recognised qualification)
Up to £200 compensation for completing e-learning before you start

Key responsibilities include:
Companionship and emotional support
Personal care and assistance with daily routines
Supporting the development of independent living skills
Medication administration
Assisting with community-based activities such as swimming, social events, or leisure outings
