Support Worker – Make Every Day Count

Our client, a warm and welcoming day care service for young adults with disabilities, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join their friendly and close-knit team.

This is a role where no two days are the same – one day you could be out at the gym, the next taking part in a bell-boating session or even heading off on a weekend trip to Butlins. But at the heart of it all is something far more powerful – the chance to truly make a difference in someone’s life.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with at least one sleep-in shift per month (often weekly). The role involves supporting young adults with learning disabilities and some additional medical needs to live fulfilled, independent, and joyful lives.

Support Workers here are more than carers – they are enablers, encouragers, and advocates. They help individuals access experiences, develop life skills, and find their place in the world.
