Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected private client for Support Workers in the Virginia Water area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of others.

Location: Virginia Water, Surrey

Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
Full-time – 39 hours per week

Driving Requirement: A full UK driving licence is essential, as the service provides a vehicle that successful applicants will be expected to drive.

About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will be working across a range of services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, and behaviours that challenge. The role involves providing person-centred care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Service Settings Include:

• Supported living homes
• Self-contained flats
• Community-based outreach services

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication, and support individuals in accessing the community and engaging in meaningful activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to drive a service vehicle (full UK licence required)
