Support Worker

We are working in partnership with a well-respected care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in residential and community-based settings. We're currently seeking dedicated, resilient, and proactive Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex/challenging behaviours

• Promoting independence and community integration

• Providing emotional support and practical assistance with daily activities

• Supporting with personal care and mobility (as required)

• Managing and de-escalating behaviours that challenge in a professional, safe, and compassionate manner

• Ensuring service users' safety and wellbeing at all times

? Previous experience in a similar role within the care/support sector
? UK Manual driving licence and access to a vehicle - essential
? Right to work in the UK with no current or future sponsorship requirements
? Strong understanding of safeguarding, person-centred care, and behavioural support strategies
? Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
? Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
