🕒 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), incl. weekends & sleep-ins

We're hiring experienced Support Workers for a 5-bed mixed gender children's home, supporting young people (8-18) with learning disabilities.

🔹 The Role

Provide personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance

Promote independence and positive behaviour

Work across day/night shifts including weekends and sleep-ins

Support outings, education, and life skills development

✅ Requirements

Age 22+ with residential care experience

Full UK manual driving licence (2+ years, no points)

Enhanced DBS, right to work in the UK

Flexibility for full rota

🎓 Desirable

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

Understanding of autism & behavioural support
